Business Model Ed Tech:
IKS’s business model is based on building a foundation of trust with clients, school districts and colleges to identify potential partnerships and then shepherd that process from initial acquisition through implementation and beyond.
Technology Companies:
We start by working closely to identify key components of the companies we partner with, beginning with their mission and vision to determine compatibility. From there, we focus on understanding the nuts and bolts of their business technology, which organically leads to the creation of a list of potential school districts, universities, government entities and private business that could utilize those solutions.
School Districts:
Having worked so closely with hundreds of deans, principals, superintendents, chiefs, and chancellors, and having maintained those relationships successfully, we can immediately identify potential school district partners for our clients based on their needs. Because so many of the urban and rural school districts are often overlooked by game changing technology companies, IKS is able to bring solutions they might not be aware exist.
Innovative Connecting Solutions:
Once we’ve spent the necessary time to truly understand our client’s mission, vision, goals, and technologies, we are able to seamlessly connect those game changing solutions to applicable school leaders, districts and key decision makers. Rather than those clients having to make countless cold calls and expend precious dollars on marketing packages, IKS bridges the conversations directly with the key decision makers, arranging the first meetings to be presentations and demonstrations leading to immediate next steps.

Bio Background
Dr. Art Fields and David Jenkins have over 50 years of combined educational experience as teachers, school building administrators and central office/district level administrators. They worked closely together for over a decade at DC Public Schools (DCPS) in Washington D.C. in various roles supporting special education, behavior, attendance, health & wellness, school culture, and school turnaround. Dr. Art most recently was the Special Advisor to the Chancellor and Chief Integrity Officer, with David serving as the Manager of Policy & Compliance, and Director of Student Behavior, School Culture/Climate. They collaborated on multiple projects ensuring accountability for all stakeholders. Early on they realized someday they would eventually collaborate to bring their executive level experiences to multiple school districts and municipalities across the United States. Dr. Art served his country faithfully in the United States Air Force, holds several degrees including a MSW and Ph.D. with David holding a M.Ed.
